We regret to inform you that if your bank is not on the list, it means that it is currently not compatible with Plaid, which is the secure service we use to link your external accounts. In this situation, we suggest that you manually transfer funds from your external bank using ACH. Most banks offer this option through their mobile app or desktop login portal. To start the transfer, you will need your Till account and routing numbers, which you can find by tapping on Account at the bottom of your screen and then selecting Bank transfers under the Banking section.
Alternatively, you can choose to link your Parent Wallet to either Venmo or Cash app. For more information on how to do this, please see the following Help article. Can I use Venmo or Cash App to fund my Till account?​
