Our Auto-reload feature enables the Parent Wallet to automatically replenish funds via recurring weekly/monthly deposits or low-balance deposits if the balance falls below a specified threshold.
For example, you can set Auto Reload to initiate a transfer of $100 into your Parent Wallet automatically whenever the available balance falls below $20.
Account owners and admins can set the amount and frequency they wish to have transferred* from their linked checking account to their Parent Wallet.
Having Auto-reload turned on ensures you always have funds available to send to your kid(s).
To turn on Auto Reload, follow the steps below:
-
Select the Account tab on the bottom right-hand side of your home screen and select the Auto-reload option.
-
There are two different options to choose from. Recurring deposits, or Low-balance deposits.
-
For Low-balance deposits, enter an amount to set as the threshold for your Parent Wallet (the low balance that will trigger the auto-reload transfer). You’ll then be able to enter a custom reload amount.
-
For Recurring deposits, select your frequency, once a month, twice a month, or once a week. Then, select the days/dates you would like to schedule your deposits.
-
From here, tap Save at the top right, and you’re all set!
*Auto-reload funds are transferred via Automated Clearing House (ACH) from your external bank account. Funds can take 3-5 business days to clear.
