We are sorry to hear that you wish to close your Till account. 🙁 To ensure a smooth account closure, we suggest following the steps below:
To withdraw any remaining funds from your Parent Wallet account and your kid's accounts, go to the Account section at the bottom of your screen and select Cash out under the Banking section. Before cashing out to your linked external account, make sure to transfer any funds from your kids' accounts to your Parent Wallet account by selecting the Transfer $ option on your kid's account screen. Don't forget to cancel any subscriptions your kid(s) may have set up. For your reference, you can download and print your Till transaction history or statements by going to the Account section and selecting Account Statements.
Once you've finished the steps above, please follow the instructions below to close your Till account.
1. On your Home screen tap on Account at the bottom of your screen.
2. Under the Account section, select the Profile option.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Close my Till account.
4. Please read the instructions carefully and tap Yes, I want to close my account.
Just a friendly reminder that it's important to transfer any remaining balance from your account to your linked bank before closing it. If you don't, a check for the full account balance will be mailed to the address on file for the account owner. This also applies to any funds in your kid's or Admin's accounts. Once your account is closed, you'll receive an email confirming the closure.
