Your Till Premium subscription is billed directly through the Apple App Store if you have an iPhone, or through the Google Play Store if you have an Android. The Apple App Store and Google Play Store have separate systems for billing and payment information; unfortunately, we don't have access to their subscription or billing details to cancel or refund these purchases.
If you have an iPhone, please check out the following link and click Billing & Subscriptions under Apps & Services. Next, select Subscriptions & Purchases and then Request a refund.
