Family Account Owner & Admins
Till requires basic information like your name, U.S. residential address (We cannot accept PO Boxes or Commercial Addresses), phone number, email, SSN, and date of birth. In some cases, we may ask you to provide additional information or documents to confirm your identity, but only when it’s absolutely necessary.
Community Members & Kids
If you’re invited by a family account owner or an admin, you’ll only need to provide your name, phone number, email, and date of birth. Kids can skip entering a phone number if they don’t have one.
