How do I transfer funds back to my linked bank account?

If you wish to transfer funds from your Parent Wallet to your linked external bank account, simply follow these easy steps:

1. Tap on the Account button located at the bottom of your screen.

2. Navigate to the Banking section and select the "Cash out" option.

3. You can either pick a default amount or enter a custom amount for the transfer.

4. To start the transfer process, click on Start Transfer. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your funds to clear.

*The cash out option is only available for customers who have a linked checking account and not available for those with a linked debit card only.
