As part of our commitment to keeping your account secure, we will send you a notification whenever our records show that your (or your child’s) Till account has been accessed on a new or unrecognized device.
The notice that you receive will include the date and time of the login, the IP address, and details about the device. If you recognize the information in the notice, no worries! You do not need to take any other actions.
If you do not recognize information listed, it is possible that someone obtained your login information and used it to access your account (this may happen if you have reused a password on multiple sites or services). To be safe, we recommend that you take a couple steps to secure your Till account:
- Reset your password immediately by clicking on the “Forgot my password” link on the “Sign-In” screen within the Till app. Bonus points if you use a password manager to generate a unique password for your Till account. As a heads up, resetting your password will log you out of all devices, and you will need to log in again.
- Review your account to see if you notice any activity that you don’t recognize. If you see something strange, or if you aren’t sure, contact us. We can investigate and, if needed, temporarily suspend your account.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can reply directly to this email or contact us at any time at (424) 377-8615! We are here to help.
