Please don't hesitate to share if you have any feedback on why you chose to close your account.
To ensure your account closure is a seamless experience, we recommend taking the following steps before proceeding:
- Cash out any remaining funds in your Parent Wallet and kids' accounts. If your kids have any funds left in their accounts, you must transfer them to your Parent Wallet before cashing out to your linked external account. To do this, select the "Transfer $" option on your kid's account screen to send funds to your Parent Wallet account. Once all the funds are in your Parent Wallet, tap "Account" at the bottom of your screen and choose "Cash out" under the Banking section. Please note that the cash out option is only available for customers with a linked checking account. If you only have a linked debit card, you must link your checking account.
- Cancel any subscriptions your kid(s) have set up.
- Download and print your Till transaction history or statements for your records. Your statements are located under the Account section.
Once you have completed the steps above, follow the instructions below to close your Till account.
- From your dashboard, tap on Account at the bottom of your screen.
- Under Account, select the Profile option.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Close my Till account.
- Please read the instructions carefully and tap Yes, I want to close my account.
Please be aware that if you do not transfer the remaining balance back to your linked bank account before completing the steps above, a check for the total amount will be issued to the account owner and sent to the address on file. This also applies to the total funds in your kid's and Admin's accounts.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account is closed.

This appears to be out-of-date. None of the menu items mention are in the current version of the app.
