- Other reasons: A bank or credit union rejects the transaction for some other reason.
If a transaction fails, please contact your bank or credit union to check on the status of your account. Then either re-initiate the transaction or ask your financial institution why the transaction may not be processed.

This is a very frustrating program. I’m about ready to give up. I called support and requested a call back, but it’s been almost three hours and nothing!! I submitted written communication and only once did I get a response telling me I can’t access my acct via computer only mobile. I’ve had 4 failed transfers via my app and no one will acknowledge my request for help.

How do we find out what's exactly happ ning to fix the issue
my bank says there is no issue on their end, why are all my deposits failing?
