Adding funds to your Till Parent Wallet account is easy! Simply go to your home screen and click on Deposit Funds at the top. We offer different options to make things convenient for you.
Option 1: Link your bank account - We use Plaid, a secure service, to connect your external accounts to Till. You can only link a personal checking account to transfer funds to your Till Parent Wallet account. ACH transfers usually take 3-5 business days to process.
Option 2: Manually transfer from your bank - If you prefer not to link your external account to Till or if your bank is not supported by Plaid, you can manually initiate an ACH transfer directly from your external account. Many banks offer this option through their desktop log-in portal or mobile app. To send a transfer from your bank, you will need your Till Account and Routing information.
Option 3: Direct deposit - You can also set up your employment direct deposit to your Till account using your Parent Wallet account and routing numbers. You can even establish recurring direct deposits from your external account to your Till Parent Wallet account. It's that simple!
