How do I or my kid activate the Till debit card?

Activation depends on which card type you have:

Digital-Only Cards: Digital-only cards don't require activation. Once your account is set up, you can immediately add your card to your mobile wallet and start using it right away. 

To add to Apple Pay:

1. Open the Till app on your iPhone
2. Tap on the card in your app
3. Select "Add to Apple Wallet"
4. Follow the prompts to complete setup

Note: To add cards to Apple Pay, kids must be 13+ (Apple requirement)

Physical Cards: When your physical card arrives in the mail, you'll need to activate it before use. 

Note: Only Account Owners and kids can activate a card.

To activate your physical card:

1. Open the Till app (Parent or Kid app)
2. Tap on the card that needs activation
3. Select "Activate Card"
4. Enter the last 4 digits of the card number
5. Create a PIN for the card
6. Add to your kids’ mobile wallet

Important: Only Account Owners (parents/guardians) and the child whose name is on the card can activate that card. 

For Parents: If your child is activating their card, make sure they've downloaded the app and are logged in with their credentials.
