There are a few reasons why your kid's physical card might not have arrived yet:
1. Card type selected
If you selected a digital-only card during sign-up, no physical card will be shipped. Want a physical card instead? You can order one in the Till app.
2. Payment or funding not completed
During onboarding, you may have selected "Pay Later" or "Deposit Later." If so, your physical card won't be created and shipped until you complete that step. To get your card shipped, open the Till app and add funds to your child's account or complete the card payment ($5 per card, or free with Premium).
3. Shipping timeframe
Physical cards typically arrive within the timeframe you selected:
- Standard shipping: 7-10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
