There are a few reasons why your kid's physical card might not have arrived yet:
1. Card type selected
Card type selected If you selected a digital-only card during sign-up, no physical card will be shipped. Digital-only cards work exclusively through Apple Pay or Google Pay (ages 13+) for tap-to-pay in stores and online purchases through mobile wallets.
2. Payment not completed
Physical cards are only created and shipped after payment is completed. If you selected a physical card during onboarding but skipped the funding step, your card won't be shipped until you complete payment ($5 per card for free plan users, or included with Till Premium).
3. Shipping timeframe
Physical cards typically arrive within the timeframe you selected:
- Standard shipping: 7-10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
